They say cards are accepted during call but when we check in the say only cash/G pay and give some number saying manager number and ask to sent G pay no bill is also given Tell card machine problem just now only we asked room for 3 adults 1child they gave double bed 7 Extra bed in double suite

Stayed for 3 nights but ended up paying for 4 nights for 2 rooms. The staff assumes that the customer knows everything and never communicate the details. 1. Breakfast for Wasn’t included in the room. Neither been informed by the front desk nor by the restaurant person while seated for eating. 2. Check out is 24hours from time of check in. If extra 2 hours then you are charged for whole day charges. This also never been informed to the customer. The staff says some people will be angry so we don’t inform. 3. Paid everything in advance for my whole stay but due to the extra 2 hours of stay which was not informed I was forced to pay for 2 rooms for the whole day. 4. No toiletry is givens towels are never changed during the entire stay. 5. Food at the restaurant was prepared by floor staff and just pathetic 6. Cleaning of rooms was once done when we ask to clean. Not a routine. 7. No clear communication to the customer and get everything cleared before you check in, as the staff will assume the customer to know everything and charge them even for their issues. Hope the staff will learn to communicate to the customers.

The rooms are not 5 star luxury but they are good enough for a night or two and the WiFi has no issues. I enjoyed the hospitality of hotel staffs. Hotel ambience is very good Best hotel for couples and solo

Pathetic Experience 😠 We Planned to Do Our Marriage in this Hotel. The Infrastructure and Food is Good. But the management totally horrible. They will not be true to their words given. A week before they called and forced me to change the hall or asked to use the same hall for dine. After a Strong Arguments they agreed it. later on they changed the food menu and reduced few items what they agreed .There also we faced some worst arguments with those idiots.And for getting the permission to Conduct the function while booking they said .they will get it . before 3 days he saying you should get it.since we have some known People we get that last minute.And after marriage there are some excess food ,we asked to reduce the price or to give the food.they are charged for the food and not given it to us and saying it will taste good so we sold to another people.then why the f**k charged for us those quantity. MY OPINION DO NOT CONDUCT ANY FUNCTIONS OVER THERE !!! They will spoil your moments

Stayed four nights ,two would have been plenty as we only came to visit meenakshi temple.Hotel was clean ,and staff friendly and helpful ,breakfast was a bit limited but ok.Location is a bit iffy ,being right next to busy flyover, but it was quiet in hotel.there was nothing to do in the evenings though.
